RESPONSIBILITY: BEALE TRAVEL SERVICE, INC., CHESTNUT TOURS and any IATA and connection ATC carrier act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by air, railroad, motorcoach, steamship, boat or by any other means and, as such, hold themselves free of responsibility for any damage(s) from any cause(s) whatsoever. BEALE TRAVEL SERVICE, INC., and CHESTNUT TOURS will not be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late air, rail or boat arrivals or departures or by any change of schedule or other conditions; nor will they be responsible for the loss of, or damage to, baggage or any article(s) belonging to the passenger. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person traveling under our auspices. The carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the carrier concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchaser of this tour and/or the passenger. In consideration of my being permitted to become a passenger as a member of said group, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, remise, waive, release and forever discharge CHESTNUT TOURS, its successors and assignees, and its agents and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns from any and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suit, debts, accounts, damages, claims and demands, whatsoever in law in admiralty or in equity, which I now have or may acquire by reason of injury to my person or my death, or loss of or damage to my personal property, or injury or death or any person or persons accompanying me which may occur before and/or during said flight, arising out of or connected with participation in said flight and/or tours, or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHESTNUT TOURS, its agents and heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and from all of the liabilities described above, arising out of or connected with participation in said flight, to any minor child or spouse who accompanies me on this flight.
