THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PROGRAM

AIR TRANSPORTATION: New York or Chicago to Munich and return form Zurich to New York or Chicago on Swiss International Airline.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION: All ground transportation in Europe.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: All are two-bedded rooms with private bath in first class hotels as listed in itinerary or similar. Hotel accommodations are first class by both American and European standards. These will vary according location.

MEALS: All dinners and breakfasts are included, as well as some special lunches as listed in itinerary.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Works of Tilman Riemanschneider, Neresheim Monastery, city tour of St. Gallen, Benedictine Abbey Library, Firma Alpenbitter, Swiss miniature visit, boat ride to Brissago Island, train ride to Domodossola, Aigle Castle with wine tasting, Château Chillon, dinner at Grand Hotel Giessbach, Huggler Wyss, Brienz woodcarving school and museum, Bern city tour, Frey chocolate factory, Carthusian Monastery, Rheinfall, and other technical visits and points of interest.

TAXES: All taxes on airline tickets are included as are all taxes as imposed by governments and/or local authorities on meals and accommodations.

NOT INCLUDED: All services not specifically mentioned as included as well as items of purely personal nature such as passport fees, laundry, telephone calls, gifts, souvenirs, etc. Also, beverages with evening meals are not included.

TERMS

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION: A deposit of $200.00 per person is required to insure reservations, which sum will be applied to the price of the tour with the balance to be paid in full at the latest 60 days prior to departure. Once an airline ticket is issued, the airline policy of non-refundability is in effect. All cancellations must be addressed in writing to Beale Travel. Cancellation insurance is available from Beale Travel.

CONDITIONS: All airfares and prices of land arrangements are based on rates in effect at time of printing and therefore are subject to increase in case of change of airfares or fluctuation of United States Currency. Price increases due to the above are the responsibility of individual participants.

BAGGAGE: Baggage allowance is one piece of checked luggage not exceeding 62" in length or 106" total L,W,H; and one carry-on bag not exceeding 45" L,W,H. Bags may not exceed 50 pounds per piece. Each individual will be responsible for their own pieces while on tour. Assistance will be available if needed.

TIPPING: It is a traditionally common practice to tip local guides, your chauffeur, and tour guide at your own discretion.
